Our Training

The classes are normally 55 minutes.

Minimum age 10 years for jympa, core, yoga, dans, aerobics/step, intervall/flex, cross, löpning.

Minimum age 13 years for box, skivstång, station, cirkelfys, spin, iw.


Aerobics
step combinations with a dance vibe

Box
box and martial arts training meets jympa.

Cirkelfys
functional, athletic training at stations
.

Core
functional training with focus on body stability
.

Cross
outdoor training, which combines running and strength training at stations
. 60 or 90 minutes.

Dans
cut loose with steps and dance styles. 

Dans fusion   
combines a vide variey of musical genres - latino, disco, funk, rock, jazz etc. 

Dans fuego
a playful class with latino rhythms.


Dans soft    
shake loose with steps and dance styles on a soft level.

Enkel
jympa for the mentally challenged

Familj
playful jympa for children (2-6 years) and adults together
.

Indoor Walking (IW)
individual cardio exercise on a "walker" (sort of a cross trainer). The instructor guides you along the way, but you decide how hard you want to work.

IW distans
focuses on building endurance.

IW intervall
focuses on improving your cardio by interval training.

IW puls

a class where you can measure your heart rate, which is shown anonymously on a screen. 

IW soft
cardio exercise on a softer level.


IntervallFlex  
tough combined workout for fitness, strength and agility.

Jympa
our classic group training since 1978, which combines cardio, strength and flexibility. Soft, basic and medium levels.

Jympa bas
jympa on a basic level. No actual jumps, but some jogging and light steps.

Jympa medel
Jympa on a medium level. More challenging strength and cardio exercises. Contains jumps.

Jympa puls
jympa with more focus on fitness.

Jympa soft
jympa on a softer level, gentle and takes extra care of your back. No jumps.

Löppass
Outdoor training with focus on running exercises
.

Skivstång
effective and challenging strength training
with a bar bell.

SkivstångIntervall
effective and challenging strength training with a bar bell and an extra focus on fitness
.

Skivstång soft
effective strength training with a bar bell on a softer level
.

Spin
inidividual cardio exercise on a cycle. The instructor guides you along the way, but you decide how hard you want to work.

Spin distans
focuses on building endurance. The class is usually 55 minutes, but can be up to 85 minutes.

Spin intervall
focuses on improving your cardio by interval training.

Spin puls
a class where you can measure your heart rate, which is shown anonymously on a screen
.

Spin soft
cardio exercise on a softer level.

Station
jympa in combination with strength training at stations
.

Station soft
jympa in combination with strength training at stations on a softer level.

Yoga
our own form of yoga, calm and physical.The class is 70 minutes.

Yoga energy
a more challenging form of yoga. You should have some experience of yoga.
